Transcripts Requests for Scholarships, Summer Opportunities, Enrichment Programs, Etc.

To request a transcript for a summer program or scholarship where there is not a link or portal provided as part of the application, please follow the instructions listed below. Transcripts sent from our office need to be requested using Naviance, which you all should have access to at this time. If you need help logging in, please contact your school counselor or Ms. Lowdermilk. Again, if the program or scholarship to which you are applying has a separate link or portal to upload your documents, please have that information sent to your school counselor instead of requesting your transcript through Naviance.

To request a transcript through Naviance:

• Log in to your Naviance account

• At the top of the landing page, click on the Colleges tab.

• From the drop-down menu, select "Manage Transcripts"

• Click on the red button with the white plus sign in the center

• Select "Other Transcript"

• Select "Initial" or "Mid-Year" transcript (depending on which semester you are in) and fill out the rest of the form. Do NOT select test scores to be sent as we do not have them. If you need your test scores sent for your application, you must request them separately from College Board or ACT.

• Click on "Request and Finish"

Ms. Lowdermilk will receive your request and send your transcript accordingly.
